The good news with GM seats is that in late 1999 when they changed seats to a seat with integrated seat belts is they
are all interchangeable. They will all bolt down to the floor.Chevy, GMC,Cadillac,trucks tahoes,Yukon's,Avalanche,Tahoe
99-05 will all interchange.Colors are mostly tan or grey ,but different years have different patterns of the same color.The
differences come in the seat options.The center consoles all are installed by sharing the 4 inside bucket seat bolts.
Seat Options.
Type & color of material...cloth, vinyl,leather
Seat foams are different,see photos type 1,2,3.
Lumbar support or not,electric or manual
6 way power seats or manual seats .
Manual recliner or power recliner.
Armrest on the seat
Seat heaters...controls are on the door....or aftermarket heaters can switch on seat.
Console Types
1.base truck no fold console
2.hard plastic console with lid
3. fold up jumpseat/console
GOOD NEWS FOR CUSTOM APPLICATIONS...You can use these seats in a lot of classic trucks, because they have a
flat base on them. You can mix and match consoles to get the desired width. As for the electric seats all the seats need
is a hot and a ground to make all features work.Most older trucks are not wide enough for the compete set but if you ont
use the factory console most the time you have enough room for 2 front seats.
Measurements
Seat bolt holes need to be 16 inch wide(center to center) and 14 1/8 front to rear.
Seat height is 38 inches (electric seats can vary due to electric assembly goes up and down).
Seat width is approximately 22 inches,across top of seat which is the widest point.
Overall Width with either of the 3 factory consoles is 58 1/2 at widest point,which is at the top of the seat bottom.
You can cheat a little bit and still use the factory console( 1-3 inches).
